Kiln Cambridge is an open-access ceramics studio for working potters or potters who have had some training and experience and are able to work independently. It is not suitable for beginners who should attend some classes before seeking membership.

We offer membership of a shared studio and use of the very best equipment.

Membership includes anytime access during our opening hours for up to 15 hours a week. With all membership plans you get your own personal storage shelf (approx. 90cmx45cmx45cm), advice, mentoring from our staff, a range of glazes and up to 30 litres/ month firing in our state-of-the-art kilns. The only other thing you need to buy is clay, which we sell on-site at trade prices.

How to apply

We invite all potential members along to the studio prior to signing up for membership. We are currently running a waiting list. Note this is for membership, not courses.

rolling monthly contract

£225 every month

Ongoing contract. Minimum commitment of 2 months; cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

6 month or 12 month upfront contracts

For the best value for money, you can buy a block of 6 or 12 months upfront.  A 6 month membership costs £1250 (£208.33 a month), or you can pay £2300 upfront and get 12 months of membership for just £191.67 a month).
